Gotta start somewhere...

So, this is my first blog posting. I guess this is the best time to start with a little about me! YIKES! Okay, my name is Morgan. I am a wife to my best friend and mother of 1 beauty and 2 beaus. I live in northern Wisconsin in a small town. I always said I'd never live here but now that I have my own children, I cannot imagine living anywhere else to raise them. We have our home on 2 1/2 acres and I love every square foot of it! I love to: read, dance, go on dates with my man, hang with my kiddos, watch movies, sew, play board games, listen to music, listen to rain, listen to peace and quiet, sit in front a of a fire, shop, take pictures...I could go on and on! I started my business, The Scarlet Poppe, when I was pregnant with my last child, Phin. I knew I wanted to stay home and this new business fell right in line. I left a great job and haven't looked back since. I am so blessed to be able to stay home with my babies and have a nice little career to boot! Fabric has always been a part of my life. I grew up watching my mom make fun things in her sewing room: dresses for me and Cricket (my favorite doll), home decor, etc. I didn't get into sewing/obsession with fabric until I had my first child, Izabelle. Its sew fun (I've been wanting to use the word sew like that) to see my daughter run around in something I've created! That's it for now.
